FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. How far are you from the Key West Airport?  La Brisa is approximately one mile from the airport. 

2. If we arrive at the Key West Airport can we rent a car?  Yes, you can reserve a car in advance.  You could also just take a five minute cab
to La Brisa and use the convenient bus service to tour the area but a car is more desirable.

3. Are there facilities to wash clothes?  There is a full size washer and dryer our the condominum.

4. Is the kitchen fully equipped?  Yes,completely for 8 people.

5. Do we bring any linens?  No, we provide fine quality hotel grade lines for your stay which include sheets, towels, blankets and even pool towels.

6. Are you right on the ocean?  As you can see from our website pictures, you look directly at the Atlantic Ocean and Smathers Beach.

7. How do we check in?  We have a property manager located nearby and he will provide the keys and gate access card.  Mr. Robert Rey is with Century 21 All Keys located at 1228 White St., #105 in Key West which is very near La Brisa.  His phone number is 305-294-4200.

8. How is payment made?  There is a 50% deposit required and payment must be made 60 days prior to the rental.  There is also a $500.00 refundable security deposit due with the final payment.

9. What is Key West like?  There is a good reason they call it paradise!  It's not a place but a feeling.  the sub tropical weather, palm trees and the color of the sea reminds you more of a Caribbean island but you are still in the United States.  There are great restaurants with fresh caught fish and excellent steak houses.  The night life is legendary.  There is a mix of historical sites and activities to keep you busy or just stroll over to the beach or stay poolside at La Brisa.

10. Are there restaurants nearby LaBrisa?  Excellent restaurants are very close as the entire island is only 2 miles by 4 miles.  The choice of restaurants in nearby Old Town is exceptional.

12. Is the condo roomy?  It is very large at 1150 square feet.  The master bedroom has a king size bed and it's own full bathroom with tub/shower, dressing area and huge walk-in closet.  The second bedroom has two double beds with nearby main bathroom.  A very large living-dining room area has a full mirror on one wall that runs the length of the room and reflects the ocean and palm trees.

13. Is the living room sofa a bed?  It is a queen size bed.

14. Are there TV's, VCR and DVD?  Each bedroom has cable and a TV.  the living room has a TV with DVD/VCR and cable.

15. Is there a blender?  Yes.  The kitchen is fully equipped.  There is a refrigerator with an ice maker, dishwasher and stove.  There is a complete setting for 8 people including all silverware, glassware and cooling utensils.

16. Is the condo modern?  All furnishings were new in April 2005  including new upgraded pillow top mattresses and every looks just great!

The sofa bed was replaced in 2014 and the entire condo has  new upgraded diamond cut ceramic tile put in in 2014.
